Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Top Shelf Candles Co.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The product isn't used or damaged 

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

If you do not like the smell of your candle after purchase, there will be no refund, only an exchange and shipping costs are to be handled by the customer.  

There will also be no refunds due to shipping times. Due to COVID-19 all orders are slower than usual and once we have handed off your order to USPS, it’s out of our control. 


Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping the products back and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Top Shelf Candles Co.



If you received a damaged product, please notify us within 72 hours for assistance. Please include photos of the damage or issues with your candle to help us with your claim.
